We had the most incredible experience at Collina!! A meal we’ll never forget. We were in Almenno San Bartolomeo for a wedding and our air bnb recommended Restaurante Collina. We wandered in for lunch and ended up having an incredible 7 course private meal since we were the only ones there. This place is in the Michelin guide, but deserves a star. The fruit dessert was one of the best things I’ve ever had in my life, and the chef explained everything to us and brought us out the bag of mountain hay that he infused his gelato in. He also gave us a tour of the kitchen and some cookies to go! If you’re ever in the area, check it out!

Beautiful restaurant, with a stunning view over the valley. The food is delicious, well dressed on the plates and all made with passion and care. The tasting menu is well balanced, and beautiful flavors. The wine list is excellent with a wide choice and taste for everyone. Absolutely recommended. Came here during my holiday in the region. The chef and staff were very helpful and passionate.

Stunning location, set on top of a hillside. We were greeted by a friendly German Shepherd and one of the owners, who immediately made us feel at home. We ordered one appetizer, two primi and one secondo and a bottle of wine. Three words to describe the experience? Lovely, delicious, engaging, both the wait staff and food. The chef came out to check on us at every course, and we made easy conversation. Every dish was well explained and the allergy concern we had was taken into serious consideration. Highly recommend Ristorante Collina and I will be coming back!

One of my favourite experiences in the Bergamo area. Pictures do not do it justice - it feels like you‘re eating in an art gallery. The service is impeccable and they even managed to create a vegan dish for me. Absolutely recommend.

Cool but relaxing ambient. Placed on a hill with an amazing view on the plains. Service is friendly but professional. Menu is a travel through taste and offers a range of choices among fish and meat. Cellar offers a wide list of wines. Definitely to be rccomended
